Elder Park is located in the unrivalled pristine landscape of North Devon.

Formerly home to the famous stud of Shirley and Charlie Watts of The Rolling Stones, it is designed to be the perfect place for horses of all ages.

Facilities include bright and airy internal stables with hot water wash boxes, outdoor arena, indoor well-lit lunge pen and 90+ acres of beautifully fenced fields. These include small 'hospital' paddocks (perfect for rehabilitation) all the way up to 25 acre fields with field shelters.

Elder Park has the space and facilities to offer full livery to all types of horses, and as well as being the perfect place for those needing careful care or management following an injury, it's the ideal facility for racehorses or competition horses needing a holiday or early strengthening work.

Elder Park is also a fantastic place for young horse livery - either in loose barns, 24/7 turnout or a mixture of the two to ensure they receive plenty of handling.
